Career Development And Placement Cell : From Students to Professionals
MCSTM has recently established a Centre of Excellence (COE) dedicated to offering science-based engineering education, aimed at producing high-quality engineers and professionals. The COE’s curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of engineering and management principles while nurturing a lifelong passion for learning and exploration. The various departments within the COE engage in teaching at all levels, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience, and actively pursue research activities to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge in their respective fields. With its focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical application, MCSTM’s COE strives to prepare graduates who are well-equipped to meet the challenges of the rapidly evolving engineering industry.
CONTRIBUTIONS OF COE TO STUDENTS FUTURE
- Conducts high Quality Training in specific sectors with special focus on emerging technologies.
- Develops association between academia and industry for the benefit of the skill development sector.
- Will conduct Research and Development in related fields and disseminate the results of the R&D and other activities through filling of patents and transforming them into sustainable business proposals/ solutions.
- Will support creative and innovative proposals in terms of functions and facilities.
- In process of establishing a sound new institutional base for executing the programs/projects by strengthening the existing infrastructure.
- Will foster relations across countries, between governments, workers, chambers of commerce, academia, industry and other Industrial associations in establishing collaborations of various projects of Institute.
- Preferably will establish an Entrepreneurship cell.

There is a very famous saying ” Choose a job that you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.
If a student involves himself in something he loves professionally, he will never feel stressed in that job in life, because he will end up enjoying his work. Training and Placement Cell of our college help and guide students to choose the best training Institute, place and Company of his choice.
Our ” Placement and Training Cell” is a great place to satisfy the students queries regarding profession, they wish to choose and it always provide help to shape their Career path.
Career Counselling is the important task of our placement Cell. We hire from time to time and we do have competent professional Counsellors, who talk to the students & guide them to pursue the right path as per the job opportunities available in the job market.
We also conduct various Career workshops for our students. We call and invite seasoned experts from the Industry to talk to the students on variety of topics.
Training and Development is an integral part of a Placement Cell. Students are guided to take some special training and certifications along with the “Academic Courses” so that they are ahead of the competition .Internships and Industrial Visits are planned well in advance & executed by the Placement Team.
We invite Companies & Organisations to take our competent talent for their future growth along with the professional growth of our students.
